Health systems are in the middle of some of the largest ERP and platform modernization programs in the country, often spanning finance, HR, supply chain, and clinical adjacent systems at once. These programs carry regulatory complexity, high stakeholder counts, and governance structures that are supposed to catch problems early but frequently do not function that way in practice.
Boards and sponsors in healthcare are also accustomed to independent assurance in other high stakes contexts, financial audit, clinical quality review, regulatory compliance. Applying that same standard to a transformation program is a natural extension, not a new concept to sell.
What we bring
Aurelian has no implementation stake in the outcome. We are not the systems integrator building the program and we are not the internal team running it, which means our read on program health is not shaded by a commercial interest in the story being good.
