Founding

Aurelian Advisory Group was founded on a conviction formed over nearly twenty years inside the world's largest transformation programs: the people closest to a transformation are the least equipped to grade it, and no other investment of comparable size operates without an independent check on whether it's working. The founders set out to build a firm that provides that check. Aurelian is structurally independent, senior led, and organized around a proprietary diagnostic method, the Transformation Assurance Index™, which was created to make an honest read repeatable rather than a matter of individual judgment.

Why Senior Led Matters

Most advisory and assurance work is delivered through a leverage model: a partner sells the engagement, then a team of analysts and associates does the actual work, learning on the client's time. Aurelian does not operate that way. Every engagement is led by a principal who has personally done the work being assessed, which caps how much the firm can scale at once and is a trade made deliberately to protect the quality of the judgment being delivered.

Independence as a Structural Commitment

Aurelian does not implement, does not resell software, and does not take referral fees from systems integrators or vendors. This is not a policy that could change with the right deal, it is the basis of the firm's business model and the reason a client's read on a program can be trusted.
