Who We Are · Our Values
Five Values chosen because each one costs something.
Independence above revenue. We are structurally and behaviorally independent: we do not implement, we do not resell software, we take no referral fees from SIs or vendors. This costs us revenue streams other firms happily take. It is also the entire basis of our authority. The day a client suspects our read is shaded by a commercial interest is the day the firm's core asset is gone.
Truth over comfort. We are paid to say what the program cannot say about itself. If the honest answer is "delay the go live," we say it, to the sponsor who desperately wants to hear otherwise, in the meeting where it is least welcome. Firms that soften findings to protect the relationship are selling reassurance, not assurance.
Senior craft. The person in the room has led the thing being assessed. No leverage pyramid staffing, no learning on the client's dime, no associate armies hiding behind a partner's ten minutes. This caps our scale and protects our premium, a trade we make knowingly.
Evidence over opinion.Every finding traces to artifacts, data, and structured assessment: the Index, not intuition alone. Judgment matters enormously, but it arrives carried by evidence, which is what makes an uncomfortable finding survivable in a boardroom.
Selectivity. We decline poor fit work: engagements outside the wedge, clients who want a rubber stamp, programs where we would be decoration. Every "no" protects the meaning of our "yes."
